Melinda’s build began in late July 2024, and by 19 December, she had the keys to her brand-new home—just in time for Christmas. Customising Her Dream Home

Melinda chose the Ellerton design with the Bowman façade, making thoughtful modifications to suit her lifestyle and future needs:

• Functionality First: Extra power points were added throughout the home, including USB ports in the island bench, power inside the broom cupboard to keep her vacuum charged, and power outlets in the walk-in pantry, including a designated space for her robot vacuum.

• Grand Entrance: A 1200mm timber-stained front door made a striking statement.

• Smart Space Utilisation: A sliding pocket door transformed the activity room into a private office space.

• Design Touches: Statement pendant lights in the kitchen and a large feature wall clock tied together the home’s aesthetic.

• Enhanced Kitchen Views: The optional kitchen window in the Ellerton design was a standout feature, bringing in natural light and opening up the space beautifully.
