1. About the Offer
To celebrate the grand opening of our new display village, Hunter Homes is
giving eligible customers $50,000 in savings off the base price of their new
home.
2. How to Qualify
To redeem this offer, customers must:
- Sign a New Home Estimate and;
- Pay the initial fee by 30 November 2025.
This promotion is:
- Valid only for new customers who pay the initial fee and enter into a
Preliminary Agreement with Hunter Homes between 18 October 2025 and 30 November 2025. - Not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
- Not available for granny flats, custom designs, or homes outside our standard range (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
