From the first day we stepped into the Hunter Homes display, we were welcome. We looked through the display and the home was just what we wanted. Through the initial stages of costing and planning, our New Home Advisor was fantastic. She helped with all our queries, even if we changed things again and again. I cannot recommend them enough. Hunter Homes Experience Second to none

Hunter Homes provided excellent support and communication throughout the entire process of our build through our Site Supervisor. He showed a wealth of experience and knowledge and was extremely approachable throughout. Any queries or concerns were addressed immediately and rectified promptly which made the process, as a whole, very hassle free.

The staff made our planning and selection phase a breeze and their inputs and experiences were greatly appreciated! They allowed us to modify our future home the way we saw fit, together with the pricing made for an easy decision when moving forward with our plans.

Professional and Helpful Sales Team!

Beginning with the moment we stepped foot in a Hunter Homes display home we were impressed with the home itself but blown away by the level of service, knowledge, and friendliness we were greeted with. 

The New Home Advisor is a sales rep plus! She knows so much about the industry with an extensive background in real estate and the building sector and is so, so helpful. At no time did her professionalism, attentiveness, or friendliness wane. (Even throughout many changes to the site, plan, budgets, and us just generally being challenging customers!!!) Whilst we are still at preconstruction phase and can’t comment on the other phases of the build, service like this needs to be called out and encouraged!

We feel we are off to a cracking start with our Hunter Homes journey. A big thank you for that!

Choosing someone to build your dream home can be overwhelming, my husband and I were 100% set on a different builder. On our last day of looking at display centres, we decided to check out Hunter Homes and I am glad we did as this is where we met our New Home Advisor. 

Her helpful attitude and knowledge of the Hunter Homes brand impressed us, so much that after talking to her for 10 minutes we decided then and there to change builders. From the get-go, she has been nothing but professional in her dealings with us (even after my dozens of emails and changes to our chosen home). Our New Home Advisor has offered her professional opinion on the changes we made, the changes we hadn’t thought of, and where best to spend our money when it came to those changes.

Great Customer Service

From the minute we walked through the display homes we knew we wanted a Hunter Home. Great quality materials used and absolutely loved the layout and how everything was so perfect.

The ladies were so helpful. Nothing was a problem; the New Home Advisor went through the process and plans with us explaining everything in simple terms so we understood what we could and couldn't do.

Great quality of workmanship and materials and a local business which is important to us. Can't wait to see what our forever home will look like now that we are downsizing and retiring.

We have reached the pre-construction stage and to date the Hunter Homes Team have been amazing. Our Contract Admin went through the tender with us and went through every detail if we had questions, she answered without it being a problem for her.

Next, we were moved to our Client Liaison Officer, she was great, kept us up to date with all that was happening. Nothing was a problem. 

My favourite part our colours appointment. Wow, that was amazing so many samples to choose from. Our Colour Consultant was great, it was a long day but worth it.
