Conditions

• The Price Lock secures the total price of the New Home Estimate and is valid from signing the Preliminary Agreement for a period of 18 months.
• After the 18-month period has expired, Hunter Homes reserves the right to adjust the contract price to reflect current pricing.
• Significant design changes, custom alterations, or upgrades requested by the client may impact the total contract price.
• Customers must sign the Building Agreement and complete and sign off on their Colour Selections within six (6) months of paying the initial fee

Exclusions

Offer is applicable to single, acreage, split and double storey designs and does not apply to granny flats.

• Custom designs, and alterations outside the standard range are excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The promotion does not cover 3rd party expenses such as but not limited to; government fees, council charges, statutory authority fees, site costs, land, or any third-party supplier prices and or increases outside Hunter Homes’ control.
• The 18 month price lock is only applicable to the home design and does not apply to the land sale in a House and Land package.

Key Dates

This promotion is valid for new customers who pay an initial deposit and enter into a Preliminary Agreement with Hunter Homes between 19 September 2025 and 31 December 2025.

• This offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
