The "Legacy of Savings" offer is valid for new customers who sign a preliminary agreement with Hunter Homes between 1/4/2025-31/7/2025
Eligibility
  • This offer is available to individuals or families building a new home with Hunter Homes within the eligible regions Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter and Mid North Coast regions.
  • Not valid for contract variations, house and land packages unless stipulated, or completed homes.
Non-Transferable
  • This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other discounts.
Final Decision
  • Hunter Homes retains the right to make the final decision on the interpretation and application of these terms and conditions.
Savings Breakdown
  • A $15,000 cash discount is available on all eligible Hunter Homes designs.
  • An additional $5,000 Hunter Homes Colours Voucher and 6.6kW Solar System inclusive of 15x Panels and 1 x Goodwe GW5000D-NS (5kw) Inverter applies if the preliminary agreement is signed within 14 days of receiving the initial estimate.
Conditions
