Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility: The competition to win an Ella Flora Christmas Wreath valued at $120.00 is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over, excluding employees and immediate family members of Hunter Homes.
Entry Method: To enter, participants must:
- Visit The Chelsea Display Home, Radcliffe Wyee, Scan the QR code and complete the entry form.
Entry Period: Entry commences at 9am AEDT Tuesday December 3rd 2024 and finishes at 5pm AEDT Sunday December 15 2024. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive an Ela Flora Christmas Wreath valued at $120. The prize must be collected from The Chelsea Display Home between December 16th and December 23rd 2024. There is no cash equivalent or cash change if the winner cannot collect the prize between those dates listed.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The draw will take place at 6pm AEDT Sunday December 15 2024.
Notification of Winner: The winner will be announced via social media and contacted via email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
Collection of Prize: The prize must be collected from The Chelsea Display Home between December 16th and December 23rd 2024. There is no cash equivalent or cash change if the winner cannot collect the prize between those dates listed.
Publicity: By entering this competition, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry submission for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.
General Conditions: Hunter Homes reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
Disqualification: Hunter Homes reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or deemed inappropriate for any reason, as determined at our sole discretion.
Privacy: Personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant's prior consent.
Governing Law: This competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
