Our incredible 24 week build time guarantee is not the only benefit of working with Hunter Homes. We know how important it is to manage your cash flow during the building process. That’s why we only ask for a $1,500 initial fee, which covers the surveys and details needed to provide you with a confident pricing structure. And, when you choose to proceed with your contract, unlike many builders who require a 10% or 20% deposit, we ask for just 5% upfront, helping you keep more of your money available to you through each stage.

We include a contracted timeline in our agreements, so you’ll know when to expect your home to be completed. If, for any reason, we go over that time, we will compensate you for the delay, but that’s something that rarely happens.
