1. Eligibility:

This offer is only available to individuals who pay the initial fee required by 19th October 2024.

2. Offer Details:

Eligible participants will receive a 3.08kw solar system with GoodWe Lynx F G2 Series 9.6kWh Battery package when they proceed with building a new home with Hunter Homes. The solar system package includes the following:

• 7x 440w solar panels
• 1x GoodWe GW2500-XS (2.5kw) Single-phase inverter
• 1x GoodWe Lynx F G2 Series 9.6kWh Battery

3. Conditions of Redemption:

To receive the solar system offer, the participant must:

• Pay the initial fee required by Hunter Homes by 19th October 2024.
• Comply with all terms outlined in the building contract with Hunter Homes.

4. Exclusions:

• The offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other substitute product. Any upgrades to the solar system or additional services beyond what is specified will incur additional costs at the participant's expense.
• This exclusive promotion has limited availability and is not open to clients who have previously completed the initial payment with Hunter Homes.

5. Changes and Cancellations:

Hunter Homes reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without notice, for any reason including but not limited to changes in product availability or regulatory conditions.

6. Liability:

Hunter Homes is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the acceptance, installation, or use of the solar system. The system will be installed as part of the standard building process, and any delays or modifications in the construction timeline do not impact the validity of the offer as long as the conditions above are met.

This offer is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By participating, individuals agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
