Hunter Homes – Homes for Heroes Promotion

Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion
    • The Homes for Heroes promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Hunter Homes Pty Ltd (“Hunter Homes”).
    • Eligible participants will receive a $30,000 discount on the base price of a new home when building with Hunter Homes.

  2. Promotion Period
     
    • The Promotion runs from 4 August 2025 to 31 December 2025 inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
    • To qualify, participants must sign a Building Agreement with Hunter Homes during the Promotion Period.

  3. Eligibility
     
    • The Promotion is open exclusively to individuals currently employed as:
      • Nurses
      • Paramedics
      • Firefighters
      • Doctors
      • Police officers
      • Defence personnel (Army, Navy, Air Force)
    • Proof of current employment in one of the above professions must be provided at the time of signing.
    • The Promotion is available to owner-occupiers only. Investors are excluded
      .
  4. Offer Details
     
    • The $30,000 discount will be applied to the base price of the new home.
    • The Promotion is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other offer.
    • The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Hunter Homes promotion, discount, or offer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  5. Exclusions & Limitations
     
    • The Promotion applies only to new home building agreements signed within the Promotion Period.

  6. General
     
    • Hunter Homes reserves the right to verify eligibility and may request employment identification or documentation.
    • Hunter Homes reserves the right to withdraw, extend, or amend this Promotion at any time without notice.
    • Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
    • The decision of Hunter Homes on all matters relating to the Promotion is final
