This is designed to give you complete clarity on what's included and how it fits your budget, no guesswork, no surprises.

From Contract to Colour Selections
After accepting your estimate, you'll move into pre-construction. Your Client Liaison team takes care of plan preparation, tender documentation and council approvals, while you get to enjoy one of the most exciting parts of the process, your Colour Studio appointment.
This is where your home starts to feel like yours. With guidance from an experienced Colour Consultant and access to an extensive range of colours, textures and materials, you'll select the internal and external finishes that reflect your personal style, from benchtops and cabinetry to tapware and tiling.
Watching Your Home Take Shape
Once construction begins, your Site Liaison becomes your main point of contact, keeping you informed at every stage. You'll also attend guided site inspections with your Site Supervisor, from slab and frame through to internal fit-out and practical completion, so you get to watch your first home come to life in person, not just in your imagination.
