  • Service connections — water, sewage, electricity, and NBN disconnection and reconnection
  • Temporary fencing and site setup
Site preparation costs vary significantly depending on your block. A flat, standard block in a serviced area will cost considerably less to prepare than a sloped or difficult site.

4. The Build

The build itself is typically the largest single cost.
