The Kenneth 276, now built and available to visit at 10 Acton Street, Thrumster, takes inspiration from Mediterranean architecture, blending crisp whites with warm natural materials to create a breezy, sunlit aesthetic. The Owens Façade is the perfect complement to this style, with a carefully curated mix of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete, Scyon Stria horizontal cladding, and Cordillera Organic Stone. One of the standout features is the beautifully curved entry wall, designed to enhance the soft, organic flow of the home. Inside, the Mediterranean theme continues with Zellige Gesso Gloss tiles in the kitchen splashback, Perla Venata stone benchtops, and Coastal Oak Woodmatt cabinetry, all working together to create an atmosphere that is light, airy, and inviting. The flooring, a classic raw oak laminate, blends seamlessly with the soothing Light Frost wall colour, bringing a sense of calm to every space.
