We have gone into a huge amount of detail to make sure we are offering the best price in each area, and we commit to providing the best value and the best inclusions. Our base prices even include a basic level of site costs for standard blocks, so all you really need to add are your variations.
For upper hunter the homes in the dark radius price list applies. Due to bushfire, other environmental risks and varying state of transport links the lighter colour area will be quoted custom. This will ensure we can complete in our build time and to the fixed cost we quote.
