As their journey progressed into the design phase, this became one of the most enjoyable parts of the process. With guidance and support, they were able to refine their ideas and bring their vision together with confidence.

A SMOOTH BUILD

Throughout the build, Rita and Dean experienced a well-managed and transparent journey, supported by consistent communication from the client and site liaison team. Regular updates and site visits helped them feel informed and confident at every stage.

“Whenever we had a site visit, he was always present and able to talk us through what was happening.”

Their supervisor’s attention to detail and proactive approach further reinforced their trust in the quality of their home.

BUILT IN JUST 21 WEEKS

As construction progressed, they were impressed by the efficiency of the build. Despite weather delays and the Christmas period, their home was completed in under 24 weeks.

"When we first visited the display home, the salesperson mentioned a 24-week build time. To be honest, we didn’t expect that to be achievable, but we were happily proven wrong. Despite two weeks of heavy rain and the Christmas period, our home was completed in under 24 weeks, with handover on 25 July 2025."

A New Beginning

Handover day marked a significant milestone in their journey, closing the chapter on 25 years in their previous home where they raised their family and created lasting memories.

“Moving into our new home signified a new chapter… relocating to a new area and beginning our retirement.”

Now settled in, they appreciate how well the home supports their lifestyle. It provides space for their teenage daughter while remaining practical and manageable for the future. There is also plenty of room for their older children to visit and stay comfortably, something that was important from the beginning.
