Hunter Homes – Monthly $100 Bunnings Voucher Giveaway

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Hunter Homes (ABN 76 133 887 064) of [insert business address] (“Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
   The promotion commences on [insert start date] and concludes on 31 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries close at 9:59am on the last Friday of each calendar month during the Promotion Period.
3. Eligibility
   Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
   Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
   To enter, individuals must complete and submit the official Hunter Homes online details update form during the relevant calendar month of the Promotion Period.

• Only one (1) entry per person per calendar month is permitted.
• Individuals may submit a new form in a subsequent month to receive one (1) entry for that month.
• Multiple submissions within the same calendar month will not result in additional entries.

1. Prize
   Each month, one (1) winner will receive a $100 Bunnings Warehouse voucher.

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• If the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

1. Draw Details
   The draw will take place at 10:00am on the last Friday of each calendar month at the Promoter’s business premises or via an electronic random draw system.

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that calendar month.

1. Notification of Winner
   The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the draw.
   If the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
2. Privacy
   By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of conducting the promotion and contacting them in relation to Hunter Homes products and services. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
3. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to regulatory approval where required.

1. Liability
   To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or acceptance of the prize.
2. Permit
   Where required, this promotion will be conducted in accordance with applicable Australian trade promotion laws and regulations.
