Our Forever Homes are designed around the way our clients live
From the very first conversation, this home was shaped around the client’s lifestyle, traditions and personal vision. What initially began as a base design was carefully refined to reflect the way she lives, cooks and entertains, with thoughtful changes made throughout the plan. Curved walls and archways were introduced to soften the interiors, the powder room was relocated to better suit the flow of the home, and the kitchen was expanded to create a generous island bench designed for gathering, cooking and everyday life.
Throughout the build, the Hunter Homes team worked closely with the client to ensure every decision was supported and every detail executed with care. From early guidance in sourcing the right block of land, through to the ongoing support of experienced consultants, client liaisons and a hands-on site supervisor, the focus remained on quality workmanship and trust in the client’s vision. The result is a highly personalised home that balances function, sentiment and craftsmanship — an approach that was recognised at the 2024 HIA Awards, where this build was named Project Home of the Year.
